We would like to invite you to the hands-on workshop on Dynamics Profiler, a new method in our facility. 32 elements of Airyscan2 detector of LSM900 are used here to acquire dynamics data from living samples (e.g. measurement of flow, asymmetric diffusion or molecular concentration). We will start on Thursday, 29. February at 10:00 in seminar room B1. -Attachment-
We cordially invite you to the workshop 'Multi-modal light microscopy imaging in plant research' organised by our facility. Hands-on this year also includes an image analysis session, Maurizio Abbate will personally present the Arivis software. The invited scientific lecture will be given by Katerina Schwarzerova from the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Prague. Registration by e-mail, the number of participants is limited. Program here.
New call for the Czech-BioImaging Open Access support for the year 2024 has been opened. If you prepare innovative/challenging microscopic project in our facility, we are happy to help you with writing the proposal! You can apply also for other CzBI facilities. The deadline for applications is October 15th, 2023. Successful projects should be performed in 2024.
Precise temperature control of your microscopy sample is now possible with the device Vaheat. A typical application is the heat stress. The Vaheat will be added to the reservation system; a small demo will be announced. Vaheat is the property of Said, who agrees to share it.
Join the Virtual Pub every Friday at 13:00. Organised by EuroBioImaging. The programme of talks for this year and more information can be found here.
Note the Date – 18.-19. October 2023 – Multi-modal light imaging in plant research – annual workshop organized by IFIEB is approaching. After successful last year WS we are looking forward to the next one.
The new image analysis software Arivis has been installed on the shared HP workstation in room 011. Enjoy!
